Valve has announced a set of new upcoming releases for Team Fortress 2 this week. The first release will come later today, when the team releases the latest installment in their "Meet the Team" short films, Meet The Sniper. The video will be posted on the
Steam Powered Website, and we will be sure to post a link once its available.
Then, later this week on Thursday, the team will be releasing a major Team Fortress 2 update that will include two user-created maps, which will "highlight the great work being done in the community". The main focal point of the update, however, will most certainly be the Pyro Update, which will be made available and contains three unlockable new weapons for the Pyro plus 35 new achievements.
Finally, to top it all off, Valve has announced that this weekend will also be a Team Fortress 2 free weekend. So if you have a friend you are trying to convince to go pick-up the title, or if for some reason you still haven't gotten around to getting it yourself, you can take the full game for a spin - new pyro achievements and maps included.
