Description: All around high resolution white metal sniper reskin, complete with all possible HUD edits, world skin, phong+excellent normnals, and everything else good that a reskin could have.
Install instructions: Open up C:\Program Files\Steam folder... then, "steamapps", then "(whatever your steam account name is)", then "team fortress 2". Copy the "materials" folder into the "tf" folder. Be sure to say yes when it asks you about overriding stuff.
Uninstall instructions: Go to "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\(your steam account)\team fortress 2\tf\materials\models\weapons\v(AND W)_sniperrifle" folder and delete all the files inside. Also delete the file "bucket_sniper" from "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\(your steam account)\team fortress 2\tf\materials\sprites". Also go into "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\(your steam account)\team fortress 2\tf\materials\HUD" and delete all the files with "sniper" in the filename. And lastly, go into "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\(your steam account)\team fortress 2\tf\materials\vgui" and, again, delete all files with "sniper" in the filename.

The white parts and gray parts are both textures that I either made myself, or photosourced. The green parts are recycled TF2 texture.

Since I've already done three skins for the sniper rifle, I wasn't quite sure what to do about a forth, for the contest. After a lot of waffling, I settled on this particular concept to follow through with. I've very pleased with the way it came out.
UPDATE:
I changed the gray-blue parts to dark green
I removed the triangle pattern from the scope.
I modified the normals/phong
I made new screenshots.
I changed the name of the mod, for my own twisted pleasure.
