PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make sure that if you're going to assess the map you are assessing the final, corrected version, as that is the only one that is currently available and your assessments can send incorrect mixed messages to other people looking for custom maps. I've had to appeal 3 unreasonably low reviews only because the reviewers were commenting on issues that had already been resolved. If you don't like the map and can justify a rating with constructive, accurate feedback, I'm happy to hear from you. If you just feel like handing out low ratings but can't be bothered to explain why or check your facts prior, I will appeal it until you either retract your rating or justify it appropriately.
UPDATE NOTES: Fixed the major problems that were identified in the first few days, including: - Higher ambient light levels; players are now easily visible outdoors. - Second exit from the flag room; you don't have to go back through the cabin to leave the base. - Imported pine tree models from EP2; outdoor trees are no longer ridiculous looking and should provide some sniper cover for the outdoor route. - Truss models in tunnels are now 'Not Solid'; you won't get stuck on them.
I know not everyone will be happy with the final map, but hopefully the changes will make it a little more playable. I'm aware that the intro screen has the old photos, so please don't point it out. There will not be another update because I just don't have the time. Thanks to everyone for their initial feedback.
